THE ROLE AMD is seeking a strategic and highly autonomous Industry Analyst Relations (IAR) Manager to join our global IAR team. Industry analysts are critical partners in strengthening AMD's reputation, shaping market perception, and influencing key business decisions-particularly across the commercial and enterprise segments. This role operates with a high degree of ownership, judgment, and trust. The IAR Manager will serve as both strategist and tactician, owning endtoend analyst relations programs that educate and influence key analysts, shape perspectives on AMD's portfolio and differentiation, and systematically translate external insights into internal business impact. Working crossfunctionally with business units, marketing, sales, strategy, executive leadership, and communications, this role ensures analyst engagement directly informs portfolio strategy, gotomarket decisions, competitive positioning, and executive decisionmaking. THE PERSON The ideal candidate is a confident, insightdriven leader who thrives in ambiguity and operates effectively with senior stakeholders. You bring strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to connect complex market signals to clear strategic actions. You are intellectually curious, highly organized, decisive, and comfortable challenging conventional thinking when data and insight warrant it.
