As our HR Data Analyst, you will support the development of powerful insights and reporting associated with our people and positions. As a key partner to the HR Leadership Team, you will work closely with Finance leaders and managers across NAVEX to support data requests, reporting requirements and compensation administration.

What you'll do:



  • Leverage your advanced Excel skills to support, maintain and develop flawless people related reports
  • Manage a wide variety of data tasks and reporting requirements, including some within tight timelines
  • Analyze data for trends and patterns
  • Serve as a key administrator for Dayforce: accurately process changes associated with our people and positions, and influence the advancement of user self-service through education and support
  • Support the advancement of reporting dashboards
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of our compensation programs, ensuring each job is accurately aligned with the right job level
  • Support the compensation survey process to collect and analyze competitive salary information
  • Assist in reviewing proposed salary adjustments for pay equity and process alignment
  • Evaluate job descriptions for FLSA alignment
  • Create and distribute job change worksheets to managers



What you'll bring:



  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience in Human Resources or Finance
  • 2+ years of analyst experience; experience helping administer compensation programs a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • A passion for detail and analytics with a drive to go beyond the task at hand to provide stellar service
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
