• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

The Manager Case Management is responsible for assisting the case management director with hospital case management, social work, transition management and operational management of the case management department.

Job Requirements:

• RN, Associates degree in nursing or higher.
• Social Work degree, BSW or higher.
• 1+ years' experience in a case management leadership role.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in acute hospital-based case management.
• Certification in case management (ACM or CCM).
