Description
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO Hallmark Care is the Customer Service group at Hallmark. We provide support for our Hallmark retailers and field service employees, along with consumers as they spread joy and nurture relationships with the people in their lives. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING & THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE Care Advocates represent the Hallmark brand and values when handling a blend of inbound phone calls, emails, and live chats from Hallmark retailers and field employees or consumers and Hallmark programming viewers. Typical questions/issues are related to Hallmark products and services, order entry and post shipment issues, and technical support for Hallmark systems. Advocates rely upon training, real time supervisor support, and an expansive documentation library to provide solutions either verbally or in writing. Advocates are measured quantitatively with productivity goals, quality assessments, and survey feedback. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS The following are required to be considered for this role:
