Business Systems Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst position located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 6+ month contract to hire opportunity.

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with a bold, driver-style mentality who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership from concept through execution. This role demands deep technical expertise and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver for the wealth management online and credit card teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end analysis and system design for wealth management online solutions and credit card team projects.
• Engage with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Compliance to align business goals with technical feasibility.
• Translate complex business needs into robust system requirements, functional specs, and detailed process flows.
• Support technical teams during build and test phases with clarification, validation, and guidance.
• Collaborate across Agile squads to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• API experience (SOAP/REST, Postman, Swagger) and SQL skills.
• Experience supporting credit card applications.
• Financial services experience and preferably portal or online capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive projects forward and take ownership in ambiguous environments.
• Skilled in technical documentation, data flows, data mapping and systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay range: $70.00-$77.00 per hour
