The Global Security & Safety (GS&S) team at Salesforce delivers the best place to work from anywhere, safely. This active intelligence role serves our growing Global Intelligence Center within GS&S, driving analytical and investigative initiatives to support the safety of our company, products, and people. This role is critical for providing analytical support across various product functions, offering a global perspective on emerging threats to Salesforce's operations, brand, and people. A key responsibility is maintaining a continuous and rigorous stream of updates on major internal and external threats. Furthermore, cultivating a global network of information sharing across networks inclusive of regional specialists, intelligence sources, and relevant nonprofit and government organizations, is essential for supporting Salesforce's international expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce timely briefs and early escalation of company-impacting events to both internal senior leadership and external audiences.

  • Support to insider threat and corporate investigations activities.

  • Lead the effective visual representation of Salesforce's intelligence activities, encompassing layered products, mapping of stakeholders and threat actors, and the creation of infographics.

  • Assist in designing and integrating solutions using the Salesforce platform within our global risk and intelligence portfolio. This is to ensure stakeholders receive timely, actionable intelligence through refined tools.

  • Prioritize and gather internal requirements through leadership and collaboration with global stakeholders.

  • Assess third-party tools and services to inform "buy versus build" decisions.

  • Maintain current knowledge of rapidly evolving developments, trends, and technologies relevant to government, academia, and various industries.

  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team in GS&S to address product abuse issues and refine related processes, thereby strengthening enterprise-wide mitigation and risk management efforts.

  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% as required.

The typical base salary range for this position is $129,100 - $216,900 annually.
