ABOUT THE ROLE The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring supplies are accurately distributed to crews in good condition and in a timely manner. This role preps and loads supplies and equipment and maintains the necessary paperwork to record product movement. Company Overview Since 1912, Sturgeon Electric Company, Inc. We also offer design-build and pre-construction services and has in-house pre-fabrication and AutoCAD capabilities. Essential Functions Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, fabrication and transportation of materials Prefabrication of various electrical assemblies Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles Complete and maintain inventories Maintain condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.) Follow company safety policies and procedures Receive and fill orders Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver material Regular and predictable attendance The essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company designated office or field location Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable. Eligibility:You will become initially eligible on the first day of the benefit month corresponding to the eligibility month in which you first accumulate at least 125 credited hours. https://www.lineco.org/html/bthw01.htm Compensation & Benefits Salary $36,000-$50,000 / year Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
