4, 6, 8 & 12 HOURS SHIFTS - BASE PAY STARTING $15 to $17 HOURLY. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF THE CORAL SPRINGS AREA, South Broward County) Hollywood Hallandale, Pembroke Pines, Cooper City, Davie, Weston and surrounding areas.

Schedule:

• 4 hours shift
• Prefer bilingual in Spanish and English

Care Delivery:
To provide the highest quality of care to AccordCare clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.

• Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
• Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
• Help with general light housekeeping.
• Drives/escorts client to and from appointments/activities as requested, resulting in a safe and timely transport

Requirements: At least 3 months of experience and 2 employment references

• CNA Certification (if applicable)
• 75-Hr HHA Certification (Required for all applicants)
• CPR certification (on-line courses not accepted)
• TB Test or Chest X-ray done within last six months.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
