Enterprise Business Applications group is responsible to implement and support various applications and tools to support business requirements.

What You Can Expect

Responsible for all architectural and operational database administration functions for Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, MySQL & PostgreSQL. Accountable for database architecture, data and infrastructure design, installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, security/compliance adherence, and creating the on-going operational processes and documentation to support the Marvell database platform. Collaborate with other IT teams, such as developers, Security Team, Infra, Ops, architects, and engineers, to ensure alignment and integration of database solutions with business requirements and objectives. Identifying reoccurring operational issues, configuration issues, and trends. Responsible for the remediation and prevention of these issues from reoccurrence in the future. Plan, engineer, design, implement and manage database services and responsible for the configuration, maintenance and capacity planning for technologies in scope. Monitor and report the technology lifecycle & roadmap for the technologies in scope, including technology absorption & risk, technology refresh, migration & retirement strategies. Establish and enforce database standards, policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain documents, contracts and records to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirement like SOX, NIST. Wage $215.000.00 - $235,000.00 per year.

What We're Looking For

Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Systems/Process Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Experience must include three (3) years with each of the following:

* Working with all types of Databases, Oracle E-Business Suite, and SaaS integrations.
* Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL, and scripting languages.
* Middleware tools Boomi, DTC, Lima, Airflow.
* Public Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Datastores (AWS, GCP, Azure, RDS).
* Driving cross-functional collaboration and influence technology decisions.
* Developing and governing proper database security to protect corporate databases against external and internal unauthorized access.
* Working with team members located in multiple geographies and time zones.
* Managing and supervising DBA staff in the team.
* Delivering technical and managerial aspects of running SQL and a Database Team.
* Managing critical Enterprise and Engineering electronic operation system applications.
