This will be achieved by translating complex technologies-such as Kubernetes, and serverless architectures-into clear, human-centric value propositions.

  • Lead the Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) plans for new observability products, ensuring seamless launches and long-term market adoption.
  • Create with Purpose: Develop high-impact content-including technical blogs, webinars, and case studies-that empowers our community and provides genuine value to technical audiences.
  • Empower Our Teams: Act as a dedicated partner to our Sales and Enablement teams, equipping them with the tools and insights they need to win in a competitive B2B landscape.
  • Influence the Future: Collaborate deeply with Product Management and Engineering to share market insights and customer feedback, helping to build the roadmap for the next generation of infrastructure monitoring.
  • Drive Results: Use data-driven insights to measure the impact of your initiatives, iterating and refining our approach to boost operational excellence.

This role requires

  • B2B Marketing Expertise: 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or sales engineering within a high-growth B2B software environment.
  • Strategic Communication: A talent for simplifying complex technical concepts for a general audience and a history of building consensus in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Infrastructure Fluency: A strong understanding of the cloud-native ecosystem, including microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Partnership Mindset: A proven ability to build strong, inclusive relationships across engineering, sales, and executive leadership.
  • Market Curiosity: Experience positioning technical products to both the hands-on users and the economic decision-makers who support them.

Bonus points if you have

  • Direct experience in the Observability, APM, or Frontend development sectors.
  • A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
