Project Manager and Watch Analyst

Harkcon is pursuing a contract supporting the Federal Protective Services (FPS). This position is contingent on award of the contract to Harkcon.

In this role, you will perform as the lead day shift FPS Watch contractor operations, ensuring mission execution, production quality, and staff readiness through training, process management, and operational coordination.

Primary duties

1. Manage watch operations, workflows, and information flow across the Watch function.
2. Maintain situational awareness of DHS related events, incidents, and threats to support FPS operations.
3. Coordinate information gathering and reporting with FPS elements, prioritizing tasks based on operational tempo.
4. Own deliverable quality and ensure watch stander performance meets standards.
5. Build and deliver training programs and modules for watch personnel, including formal and ad hoc sessions and evaluations.
6. Establish and enforce quality control related to communications, information transmission, and briefing product presentation.

Required qualifications

1. Clearance: Secret.
2. Experience: 12 years relevant experience with 8 years in management.
3. Education: BA or BS minimum.
4. Desired: Program or Project Manager certification.

Work schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, core hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., adjustable by COR based on mission requirements.
