You'll be front and center, hands-on and contributing your creative energy, and the skills and experiences you've gained in your degree program to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 10-week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects within the Consumer Sales Operations Organization that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program. You will have the opportunity to work side by side with strategic and operational leaders to champion, develop, manage and drive key relationships that are critical to the success of our business and impact our customers. You'll learn from the best minds in the industry and improve your knowledge in an environment that's dedicated to industry superiority.

Our Fleet Strategy team shapes the future of our company's physical store footprint. We use data to guide high-impact decisions on where and how to invest in our retail network. We're looking for a motivated intern to provide analytical support on key projects that directly influence our strategic plan.

As an intern with the Consumer Operations Fleet Strategy team, some of the skills and areas you may have an opportunity to work on include:

  • Analytical & Quantitative Skills

    • Work with large datasets to pull out key insights. Includes the opportunity to clean data in Excel with the focus to build performing geographic-level analysis and identifying trends.

    • Analyze market, demographic, and competitor data to identify key business trends.

    • Support the evaluation of new and existing store locations using performance metrics.

    • Research emerging retail industry trends to inform future strategy.

  • Communication & Storytelling

    • Clearly and concisely communicate findings by creating compelling presentations, and be able to explain complex information to a non-technical audience.

    • Develop data-driven recommendations for strategic initiatives.

    • Assist in creating presentations and reports for team members and leadership.

  • Curiosity & Proactiveness

    • Learn and take initiative.

    • Be comfortable asking questions, exploring new datasets independently, and looking for opportunities to contribute.

You'll join us for the Intern Marquee event, a unique experience designed exclusively for all US interns. It's your chance to sharpen your professional development skills, build your connections through structured networking, and be inspired by our top executive speakers.

You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered.

In this hybrid internship, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. This hybrid internship will be based out of Basking Ridge, NJ. If relocation is required, relocation assistance may be available.

You'll need to have:

  • Ability to participate in our hybrid 10-week internship that takes place from June 2026 to August 2026 working a full-time schedule.

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related major, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

  • Willingness to work in Basking Ridge, NJ. As noted, relocation may be provided in certain situations. If relocation is required, you must be able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation to the office location.

  • Willing and able to travel.

  • Willing and able to relocate.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: Competitive analysis, customer requirements analytics/management, market research, operations, communications, project management, partner management.

  • Project experience and/or coursework in marketing, strategy, data analytics, finance, consulting, budget management, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of consumer, enterprise or telecom products and market.

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., proficiency in Microsoft Excel).

  • Adaptability, flexibility, excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills.

Compensation:

The base pay rate for this position is $25.00/hour.

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager.
