**What You'll Do:**

In this impactful role, you will be a strategic partner, owning critical deliverables and guiding initiatives from concept to completion. You will leverage your analytical prowess to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and contribute directly to the evolution of our financial product portfolio. Your day-to-day will involve:

* Partnering closely with business leadership to advance a robust roadmap of initiatives, with a strong focus on compliance.

* Collaborating extensively with the compliance department to assess regulatory requirements, identify potential risks, and translate them into clear business and functional requirements.

* Independently managing deliverables for large, intricate projects with minimal oversight.

* Working alongside Project Managers to contribute to project plans, execute against phases and milestones, and deliver high-quality outputs on schedule.

* Expertly eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements, process flows, risk and impact assessments, and gap analyses with actionable recommendations.

* Communicating complex information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders, including executive-level presentations and readouts.

* Supporting and mentoring associate analysts, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of analytical excellence.

**What You'll Bring:**

We are looking for a self-starter with a professional presence and a proven track record of driving results. Your qualifications should include:

* 3-5 years of dedicated experience in a similar analytical role, ideally within regulated financial services, automotive, or insurance sectors.

* A strong command of core analytical concepts and tools, including requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and gap analysis.

* Demonstrated ability to successfully contribute to large, cross-functional strategic projects rather than purely task-oriented work.

* Comfort and expertise in identifying and articulating risk, particularly within highly regulated and compliance-heavy initiatives.

* A self-starter mindset coupled with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

* The capacity to independently grasp objectives, understand business goals, and apply analytical skills to achieve desired outcomes.

* A professional demeanor and communication style, indicative of a polished, high-performing analyst with significant corporate experience.
