We are searching for a talented Sr. HRIS Analyst

This position is hybrid/remote. Must live locally to New Bedford, MA and will be required to attend in-person meetings quarterly.

Position reports to the Manager, HRIS or designee. The Senior HRIS Analyst is a trusted expert and independent contributor who leverages the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role blends technical proficiency, advanced analytics, and critical thinking to generate actionable insights that strengthen workforce planning and optimize HR operations. A strong understanding of HR best practices and emerging trends, including the ethical and effective use of AI to shape the future of HR, is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of HRIS administration experience, with demonstrated success in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Experience leading cross-functional HR technology initiatives.
  • Expertise with HRIS platforms (PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI/Tableau strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze large, complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations.
  • Certification in HRIS systems, analytics, or project management is a plus.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
