The Senior HRIS Analyst is a trusted expert and independent contributor who leverages the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role blends technical proficiency, advanced analytics, and critical thinking to generate actionable insights that strengthen workforce planning and optimize HR operations. A strong understanding of HR best practices and emerging trends, including the ethical and effective use of AI to shape the future of HR, is preferred.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. | |
