Job Summary

The Experience Design and Support division provides strategy, direction and insights to UC Davis Health to evolve the delivery of exceptional, consistent, patient and employee experiences. While the Voice of Customer Organizational Consultant reports directly to the Director, Experience Design and Support they will take direction on day-to-day tasks from the Program Manager of HCD to promote and champion a culture that designs experiences to support customers' needs through partnerships. This role is responsible for gathering customer feedback utilizing a variety of tools and channels - quantitative and qualitative, for constructing compelling narratives and providing recommendations and insights on complex topics. #CA-SB

Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Experience in service or healthcare related industry
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills/ the ability to create and execute a VoC communication plan as part of broader CX Strategy
  • Knowledge of VoC tools and technologies
  • Data driven; is comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data
  • Ability to tell a story through data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • Customer journey mapping skills/expertise
  • Qualification in and/or significant experience using human centered design or market research methodologies
