Description

    Conducting comprehensive analyses of organizational operations and processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost reduction
  • Reviewing and interpreting operational data to develop actionable recommendations that support process optimization and quality improvement
  • Preparing and presenting detailed analytical reports and strategic briefs to management, highlighting key findings and improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with team members and cross-functional departments to implement streamlined processes and monitor the impact of changes
  • Supporting the ongoing development and refinement of standard operating procedures and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in a management analyst role
  • One or more years of experience must be with communication systems, networks, or technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze organizational processes and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with DoD requirements
  • Proficient in applying quantitative and qualitative research methods to generate accurate, data-driven insights and metrics
  • Skilled in compiling detailed analytical reports, developing briefs, and communicating findings to support strategic decision-making
  • Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance


Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with advanced data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or similar software) to enhance reporting efficiency
  • Proven experience in process improvement methodologies and change management initiatives to drive organizational efficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
