Summer 2026 - Talent Acquisition Internship

TDIndustries has exciting Internship opportunities available for students interested in partnering with an innovative and growing organization.

• Learn how people analytics informs strategic decisions and enhances organizational performance through data evaluation.

• Collaborate on projects analyzing engagement survey results, turnover, and others.

• Work closely with various teams within the People department, such as HR, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Safety, and Total Rewards.

• Use Power BI to create dynamic reports and visualizations that support ongoing projects, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions based on real-time data.

• Collect and analyze data to draw meaningful conclusions and present findings through visual tools and reports for stakeholders.

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Marketing Analysis, Organizational Development, or related field

• Currently college level: Junior or Senior student/ Grad School

• At least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Eligible to work 40 hours (or more) per week

• Excellent computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Must be team oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
