About the Role

As a BDR/Marketing Intern, you will support both the BDR and Marketing teams with several initiatives, including review and updating of Salesforce account data, inbound lead management, prospective account and contact creation, marketing campaign performance, other tasks critical to the BDR and Marketing functions of the business. As a member of the BDR and marketing teams, you will also assist with other tasks, exposing you to day-to-day outreach and marketing operations, associated technology platforms and prospecting tools and techniques.

What You will be Doing

  • Review unassigned accounts to determine eligibility and make appropriate assignments.
  • Manage inbound lead queue and assign all MQL's per the recommended workflow process.
  • Search ZoomInfo for specific verticals and add new accounts and contacts to Salesforce.
  • Add Industry and Industry Sub-Category information to prospective accounts in Salesforce.
  • Suggest and review Marketing content for email campaigns for the BDR's.
  • Collect and communicate support campaign metrics, performance and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the BDR and marketing teams on other assigned tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Students currently enrolled in a university program preferably in Business or Marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS 365, particularly Word, Excel, and SharePoint (for communications sites).
  • Understanding of basic web principles and terminology.
  • Knowledge of systems like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a collaborative mindset.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $20.48 to $22.20 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
