We're seeking a dedicated *Customer Service Representative* to join a fastpaced, highvolume contact center environment. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, customer care, and a supportive team culture. *About the Role* As the first point of contact, you'll assist customers with billing questions, payments, portal navigation, and general account inquiries. You'll use multiple systems, think critically, and provide an exceptional customer experience on every interaction. This is a *fully in-office* position with clear growth potential and a strong professional culture. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails regarding billing inquiries, payments, portal access, and general questions * Provide accurate information while delivering friendly, professional customer service * Take ownership of customer requests by researching issues and ensuring resolution * Perform basic math calculations (percentages, addition, subtraction, division) to answer billing-related questions * Navigate multiple computer systems to review, analyze, and resolve customer requests * Maintain productivity, quality, and service standards in a high-volume contact center environment * Comply with corporate policies, security standards (PCI), and regulatory requirements (SOX) * Complete additional assigned tasks and work overtime as needed *Required Skills & Experience* * *1-2 years of Customer Service experience* (Contact center experience preferred) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills * Proficient computer skills including multi-monitor use, web navigation, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) * Professional, reliable, and accountable work ethic * Ability to manage competing demands and maintain composure under pressure *Education* * High school diploma or equivalent required * College coursework or degree is a plus *Schedule & Work Environment* * *100% In Office - O'Fallon, MO* * *40 hours per week* on an assigned schedule * *Training:* Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM CT * *Post-Training:* Assigned 8hour shift between 10:30 AM-7:00 PM CT * Overtime may be required based on business needs * Professional, inclusive, team-oriented environment *Compensation* * *$20.00 per hour* *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of O FALLON, MO. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
