Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Cloud Applications Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Cloud Solutions & Mobility, this role will translate business needs into technical solutions that align with the firm's compliance standards, operational goals, and client service expectations.

This position will reside in our Philadelphia office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Cloud Solutions & Mobility Team with business stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document requirements for SaaS applications.

  • Document current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, or simplification within administrative functions.

  • Develop clear, user-focused documentation including support FAQs, QRG content and Service Now knowledge based articles.

  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with quality assurance teams, IT and/or the Business.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and provide support.

  • Provide Level 3 support for firm mobile and SaaS applications, Intune and Help Desk ticket support and resolution.

  • Identify and propose opportunities to improve SaaS implementations.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned, with flexibility to adjust to the needs of the Cloud Solutions & Mobility Team.

Experience and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 3-5 years of experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst, systems analyst, or application analyst, in a professional services or legal setting.

  • Experience supporting cloud-based applications and workflows, including documentation, training, and rollout support.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Prior experience working in or supporting SaaS.

  • Team contributor with a customer service focus.

  • Adaptable problem solver and strategic thinker.

  • Project management and organizational skills.

  • Technical skills including familiarity with tools such as M365 mobile/web apps, Excel and ServiceNow.

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud services, including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform tools, Azure, M365, PowerShell.
