Opportunity Overview: Business Analyst Level 2-Power Generation Contract 1 Year Palm Beach Gardens, FL - 100% Onsite We are offering per diem for this role. Your Day-to-Day: Power Generation's Adoption and Sustainment team is transforming how the enterprise executes change management. Our customers are the generator fleet (wind, solar, fossil) and our projects have a heavy technological focus (AI, automation, data integration). We are in search of a business analyst that can establish reusable change assets and sustainable, scalable processes. Responsibilities: * Leads large-scale business analysis projects, driving efficiency improvements and process automation. * Manages data integrity and governance strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and goals. * Use advanced analytics techniques for market trend analysis, growth modeling, and risk assessment. * Applies expertise in statistical modeling and data visualization to obtain insights for senior management. * Review cost models, identifies opportunities for process improvements, and ensures understanding of project and customer goals. * Conduct operational and financial analyses that support informed decision-making within your team. * Works with data analysis, market intelligence, and modeling to support business strategies. * Use all available sources to increase coverage of companies and data factors, transforming qualitative information into defined quantitative datapoints. * Use databases to obtain insights such as demand modeling, locational analysis, segment analysis, growth modeling, and propensity modeling. * Improve related projects are forward to building a more complex customer data environment with better tools and capabilities. Who You Are: * Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field required. * Relevant Experience: 11+ years of experience in business process optimization, data governance, and financial modeling. * Responsibilities: Other: Proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, SOQL, Jira, and Excel (can perform complex functions) for advanced data analysis and business intelligence reporting.
