Your Opportunity:

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions , a Taylor company, is looking for a Stock Clerk to join our 1st Shift team at our Bloomington, IL facility. The Stock Clerk is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking inventory to support production and operational needs. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely deliveries, and proper stock levels while following established procedures and safety guidelines. The Stock Clerk works under immediate supervision and typically reports to a Supervisor or Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trailers and stage materials using appropriate material-handling equipment.
  • Receive, count, and verify all incoming inventory, including finished goods from Production; process finished good receipts the same as standard receiving.
  • Accurately label all received products and place them into correct inventory locations.
  • Manage inventory locations in Monarch, including bin transfers, inventory movements, and system updates.
  • Perform daily cycle counts, research discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Pull tickets exclusively from CSRs: receive ticket, pull product, and prepare materials for daily transfer.
  • Process non-conforming and destruction orders by pulling product and completing destruction per established procedures.
  • Manage CSM file workflow: ensure CSMs are placed in the designated folder and moved to the archive once product is received.
  • Ensure all inventory transactions, documentation, and adjustments are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory tracking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and established guidelines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to perform a variety of job assignments.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability and willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Commitment to following all safety procedures.

We would also prefer:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a production, warehouse, or inventory-related environment.
  • Knowledge of commonly used inventory, stocking, and material-handling practices.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18-20. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
