Are you passionate about creating personalized, data-driven campaigns that move the needle? As an ABM & Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll be the architect of highly targeted, multi-channel programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This role blends creativity, technology, and strategy-making you a key player in shaping how we engage enterprise accounts.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver Personalized Experiences: Orchestrate multi-touch campaigns across email, events, digital advertising, and content syndication to guide accounts through the buying journey.
  • Own Marketing Automation: Build and execute campaigns in HubSpot, applying best practices in segmentation, workflows, and lead scoring. Manage the email calendar and ensure strategic alignment across initiatives.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing teams to align on account prioritization, outreach timing, and campaign coordination.
  • Measure & Optimize: Track engagement, pipeline influence, and ABM-specific metrics. Provide actionable insights and continuously refine tactics using data-driven strategies.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of dedicated ABM experience-not just exposure, but proven success running ABM programs for enterprise accounts with complex buying committees.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and ABM tools (ZoomInfo).
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and email best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
