This Opportunity

The Global Growth & Digital Sales team at Adobe ensures customers derive membership value from our products, while delivering Adobe shareholder value. The team drives global revenue and subscriber growth through key business levers such as promotional strategy, customer acquisition, paid customer add-on/up-sell, and retention.

We are seeking a passionate, data-driven Growth Manager for our B2C Creative Cloud suite of products. As a Growth Manager, own the P&L for a business segment. Develop strategies and lead initiatives that improve revenue impact. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Data Science, and Analytics teams on high-impact opportunities to drive better conversion, expansion, or retention of Adobe's customers. You will excel in strategic thinking, analytical rigor, stakeholder management and understand the SaaS customer journey, pain-points, and motivations. The ideal candidate will bring curiosity, a willingness to experiment, openness to risk, and a test-and-learn approach.

What You'll Do

  • Demonstrate strong data analysis skills to identify growth opportunities across customer lifecycle, refine strategies based on insights, analyze performance, and share recommendations.
  • Influence cross-functional partners (product, engineering, marketing, design, data science, analytics) to ensure alignment and resourcing for revenue growth initiatives.
  • Be accountable for key performance metrics related to the impact and reach of initiatives.
  • Develop presentations to showcase progress for initiatives, results, and recommendations as part of regular business reviews to partners and the leadership team.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, quantitative field of study strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data-driven field like consulting, growth, investment banking, e-commerce, corporate finance, planning in tech or SaaS
  • Experience developing and operationalizing strategic plans, including developing business case, navigating partner team priorities, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Exceptional data and analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and experience using analytic platforms and growth tools. Experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including ability to simplify complex ideas and systems.
  • Strong teamwork and project management skills, experience leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and find creative solutions to ambiguous challenges.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $125,500 -- $226,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $156,500 - $226,700

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
