THE ROLE: The Operations Program Manager (Ops PM) is a critical enabler of operational excellence and execution alignment across the US-based Customer Program Management (CPM) organization, supporting CSP/MDC, OEM, and HPC customers in the US and European Markets. THE PERSON: Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Program Management (US), the Ops PM drives consistency in how the CPM team operates, reports, and delivers. This role acts as the execution backbone for the organization, formalizing processes, consolidating program updates, ensuring executive and customer readiness, and building the tools and systems that enable data-driven decision-making across global teams. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency, program management discipline, and strong analytical and visualization skills to keep the organization informed, aligned, and prepared for every key engagement.
