As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate multifamily location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas through routine rounds of buildings and grounds. You will stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, respond to resident and guest questions with professional customer service, and document observations clearly. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, contacting emergency services when needed, and following post orders for notifications.
• Monitor access points and property activity, verify credentials as required, and/or support visitor management and resident requests in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete detailed shift activity reports and incident documentation, maintain logs, and communicate observations and updates to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
