Plant Operations (Facility Maintenance) Director Opportunity Dover Behavioral Health System is a 104-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in the beautiful Dover, Delaware area. Dover Behavioral Health System features individual units for adolescents and adults and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average, over 10,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Dover Behavioral Health System. The Facility Maintenance Director is responsible for delivering comprehensive Environment of Care services for the Hospital ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and care. This includes leading a team of maintenance technicians and housekeepers and overseeing the safety, security, and purchasing responsibilities for the hospital. This role partners closely with other hospital leaders to ensure the hospital meets all regulatory expectations and that our patients and staff are always in a comfortable environment.
