**Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage the top-of-funnel growth engine for the program's acquisition strategy.

* Oversee paid media, SEO, AEO/GEO discoverability, and web conversion optimization to generate qualified momentum.

* Collaborate closely with content marketing and web operations teams to ensure digital surfaces are optimized, discoverable, and aligned with user needs.

* Work with direct buy teams to run and optimize paid ad campaigns.

* Drive initiatives focused on increasing awareness and recruiting relevant participants.

* Champion a data-driven approach, thriving on test-learn-iterate cycles to achieve measurable impact.

* Contribute to building a scalable acquisition engine within a dynamic environment.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing.

* Demonstrated expertise in growth marketing.

* Proven knowledge of AI-driven optimization strategies.

* Experience with projects related to scaling growth.

* Practical experience leveraging AI in marketing initiatives.

* Proficiency with SEO/AEO/GEO strategies.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A well-rounded marketing background with a clear niche in growth marketing.

* Experience within early-stage programs or venture capital environments.
