For this position, we are seeking a talented individual to join AIS as a Principal Human Resources Generalist. As your initial career assignment, you will support the priorities and vital functions of our shared services teams as a(n) Principle HR Business Partner. Position Summary

The Principal HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders, driving people strategies that enable organizational performance, growth, and culture. This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with workforce strategies, leading large-scale organizational initiatives, and ensuring a best-in-class employee experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

  • Partners with senior leadership across AIS to develop and execute HR strategies that support AIS' long-term goals and growth.

  • Recommend and develop initiatives that drive change related to people and talent across the organization.

  • Partner closely with senior executives and business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives, including workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development.

  • Function as a thought leader and advisor on issues such as organizational effectiveness, talent planning, succession management, and change leadership.

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that influence decisions affecting business performance and employee engagement.

Leadership & Talent Management

  • Lead talent review and succession planning processes to ensure leadership readiness and bench strength for critical roles.

  • Coach and develop senior leaders on talent and performance management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture.

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Rewards teams to drive key talent initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Champion a culture of inclusion, innovation, and accountability that supports strategic priorities.

  • Diagnose and address organizational climate and engagement issues; collaborate with leaders to design interventions that improve retention, morale, and performance.

Change & Transformation

  • Lead organizational change efforts related to restructuring, growth, or transformation initiatives.

  • Partner with leaders to manage complex employee relations issues and mitigate risk while maintaining a positive employee experience.

  • Serve as a key change agent in driving culture transformation and organizational agility.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure HR policies, programs, and practices align with business needs and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Use analytics and metrics to measure effectiveness of HR initiatives and inform business decisions.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP or equivalent senior HR leadership role.

  • Experience supporting executive-level clients in a matrixed, global, or high-growth environment.

  • Proven success leading organizational change, talent management, and leadership development initiatives.

  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.

  • Expert knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a complex or rapidly changing environment.
