AsanEDUfocusedMicrosoft AI Business Process Solution Specialist, you will helpK12School Districts, Departments of Education and Community Collegestransform their business processes and technology to adapt and thrive in today's data-drivenAIAge.You will form strong relationships with C-Suite executives and Business Decision Makersamongour top customers and help them solve their business challenges through long-term, consultative partnerships. You will help them achieve their business goals by bringing industry-relevant business value insights andinnovative, industry-leadingsolutions to enable their end-to-end business transformations. You will organize and lead the entire sales process, from account planning to closing the sale.The specialist is a seller whorequiresa solid understanding ofAIBusinessProcess Solutions focused onDynamicsCRM,ERPand thePower Platform.You willalsobe responsible fordelivering the One Microsoft narrative, competitive differentiation, customer centric pitch,businessvalue propositionand outcomes,and compelling proposals with commercial options.You will be part of a dedicated sales community supported by your adjoiningaccountteammates and support teams.

Responsibilities
  • Partner withand leadAccount Planning Team on Account PlanforAI Business Processopportunities, including decision maker identification and solution play selection.

  • Establish and build C-Suite and Business Decision Maker (BDM) relationships as an industry aligned Business Applications solution expert.

  • Build &maintain the requiredrange of qualified pipeline coveragefor rolling 4 quartersthrough digital-first seller tools

  • DelivertheOne Microsoft narrative and solution pitches toC-Suite executives and Business Decision Makers.

  • Orchestrate business value + technical solution demos toalign with thecustomers'desired business outcomesand solution requirements.

  • Manage long-term contract renewalswith existingaccountsto ensure long-term satisfaction andsuccesses.

  • Actively and regularly engage in sales community calls/channels and share learnings and best practices.



Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
    • OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years solution or services sales experience.
  • 2+ years experience selling into one of the following industries: Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail and Government
  • Deep understanding of CRM and/or ERP applications including Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Relationship Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management and Commerce and how they translate into business impact and value

Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,600 - $187,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,600 - $205,600 per year.
