Responsibilities 24 Hour Inhouse Shifts NICU Level 2C Ongoing Coverage Needs Qualifications Current APRN National Specialty Certification Minimum of a Master’s Degree Minimum of 1 Year's Experience Current CO License or Elig for Obtain Benefits and Compensation Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. This position is W-2. Compensation: The pay for this position is based on year's of experience, range is between $ 65.00 - 75.00 /hour Our benefits include for Per Diem members: Employee Assistance* Malpractice Insurance, Plus tail coverage. PTO: Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO Holidays: Per Diem team members are not eligible for company holidays. Other compensation: Per Diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.
