As a front-line leader headquartered in Shreveport, LA, you will oversee bridge and culvert construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget in accordance with CPKC standards. You'll cultivate a culture of safety, reliability, and excellence by guiding both CPKC and contractor teams and supporting the efficient movement of our railway network. Management Conductor Program Becoming a qualified conductor or locomotive engineer is the single best way for a management employee to learn the business at CPKC. You may be required to obtain a certification or to maintain your current certification/qualification as a conductor or locomotive engineer.
