Role overview:

  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members

  • Provide comprehensive care to inpatient neuro-oncology patients

  • Meet the medical needs of patients

  • Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited PA program

  • NCCPA certification and BLS Certification

  • Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure

  • 2 years of inpatient experience inNeurology, Medicine or Critical Care

OR

  • Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations

  • Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)

  • Related National NP certification and BLS certification

  • 2 years of Inpatient experience inNeurology, Medicine or Critical Care

This role is open to new and experienced APPs with a inpatientneurology, medical oncology, or critical care backgrounds

Additional Information:

  • Location:1275 York Avenue, New York, NY

  • Hours: 5:30a-7:00pm weekend and holiday rotation required, 12 shifts a month

  • Reports to: Associate Director, APP

Pay Range: $155,500 - $197,400/annually
