You'll educate marketers, support content strategy, and lead medium to large-scale campaigns-always balancing detailed insights with a strong big-picture perspective to drive product success and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation and implementation of frameworks for product marketing content across multiple channels.
  • Define, collect, and track key quantitative and qualitative product and business metrics for new and existing initiatives.
  • Validate market size and opportunity, including active users, revenue, market share, and growth potential.

  • Develop deep understanding of target audiences to shape positioning, go-to-market plans, and messaging for new products and features.
  • Generate user insights to inform product development and marketing strategies across teams.
  • Provide feedback on user experience, advocate for in-product improvements, and promote user engagement.
  • Drive product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies tailored to specific product goals and voices.
  • Independently create and iterate marketing content, partnering with production teams to finalize and publish assets.
  • Determine research needs and scope, and manage user research with internal and external partners.
