Position Summary:

We areseekinga highly technical and strategic Senior Analyst to serve on our Analytics team. This role is ideal foran experienced analyticsengineer who thrives in hands-on development, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.You'lllead the design and implementation of scalable analytics solutions using tools like DBT, GitHub, Snowflake, and Tableau, while helping shape the future of data-driven decision-making at Capital Rx.

Position Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Mentorship



  • Champion the use of DBT, GitHub, and modern data stack tools to improve code quality, reproducibility, and collaboration.


  • Supportthe adoptionof analyticsbest practices and tools through training sessions and knowledge sharing.


  • Serveas a senior individual contributor on the Analytics team, setting technical standards and mentoring other analysts.


Data Execution & Optimization



  • Designandmaintainmodular, scalable data models in DBT to support reporting and analysis.


  • Buildandmaintainself-service analytics tools using Tableau, with exposure toStreamlit.


  • Identifyareas for improving efficiency through process improvements, automation, and better data practices.


  • Maintaindocumentation of key analytics processes and ensure data quality standards are upheld.


Insights & Analysis



  • Conductdata modeling and analysis to generate insights that inform business strategy and process improvements.


  • Translatecomplex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations using visualizations and presentations.


  • Contributeto proactive analytics that support operational and strategic decision-making.


Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication



  • Partnerwith product managers, business leaders, and clients to understand analytics needs and prioritize requests accordingly.


  • Proactively manageand foster stakeholder relationships by acting as a strategic, consultative advisor with a keen understanding of businessobjectives.


  • Advocate for data-driven decision-making across teams and leadership.


Compliance and Quality Assurance



  • Ensureadherence to company compliance standards, including reporting any noncompliance.


  • Supportthe development and implementation of quality controls and departmental standards to satisfy organizational and regulatory requirements.


  • Participate in internal training sessions to support continued learning and development


  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.



MinimumQualifications:



  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, orrelatedfield.


  • Strongproficiencywith GitHub for version control and collaboration.


  • Hands-on experience with DBT in production environments.


  • Experience in PBM, health plans, healthcare financial / network / operational analytics.


  • Familiarity with pharmacy claims data, medical claims data, and client reporting metrics.


  • Expertisein SQL and Python for data analysis, with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices.


  • Ability to perform complex analyses and synthesize findings into business insights.


  • Track recordof partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide consultative analytics support, proactively advising on business opportunities.


  • Working knowledge of data engineering fundamentals and working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake,BigQuery, Redshift).


  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to executives.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience working in large-scale, high-growth organizations.


  • Knowledge of machine learning or advanced statistical modeling techniques.


  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.


  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, orrelated fields.

Salary Range
$90,000 $100,000 USD
