What You'll Do



Summary/Objective:

The role oversees all features and functions, and the product roadmap for the credit union's Robotics Process Automation (RPA) platform. In addition, this role assists in conceptualizing and bringing to fruition feature set improvements, internal employee and member experience enhancements, and technology innovations to meet the swiftly evolving RPA team. This role is also responsible for the creation, maintenance and enforcement of the credit union's RPA BOTs production, testing, and validation policies and procedures. The Product Owner may also be tasked with managing external vendors, partners, and tool providers and/or providing project management support for the department.

  • Communicate Product/Platform vision to the scrum team
  • Translate business strategies into the team's prioritized backlog/release plan/sprint plan.
  • Build superior the member and employee experience of the product, and manage product enhancements and features needed to drive the organization's strategy and meet member needs
  • Create and maintain well refined product backlog
  • Create and write user stories, and
  • Monitor and measure value delivered by the platform team, and strive to accelerate value delivered by the scrum team
  • Keep the platform updated and relevant with the changing technology landscape and business demand.
  • Manage the day-to-day objectives and operations of the platform.
  • Meet with the business heads and leads, as well as conduct platform roadshows to make sure there is alignment within business departments in terms of priorities.
  • Validate that business priorities have business value using scoring criteria.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization, build inter-departmental relationships and collect feedback and solicit ideas for Automation opportunities and improvements.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with the Scrum Team.
  • Attend project meetings, work through project deliverables, and keep management up to date on project status.
  • Oversee all testing and validation as it applies to the support and experience of the platform.
  • Prepare the release plans and share them with CU leaders at various levels to get buy-in.
  • Continuously improve process and procedures to drive business efficiency and scalability, identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
  • Define measurement and analytics requirements for various BOTs, pulling reports as necessary.
  • Audit, monitor, and address business performance of the credit union's Automation platforms with regular cadence to ensure a continued positive internal employee and member experience.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of support documentation for front-line staff to use for member servicing and issue resolution.
  • Periodically present and report to executive management on the projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate using the appropriate media and content for each level of the organization.
  • Be highly communicative and responsive to all stakeholders while managing a large volume of projects.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).



What You'll Need




  • 3-6 years combined experience as a product owner to drive operational efficiencies
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, design, or another applicable field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Expected Pay Range



$100,100 - $113,900
