As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a premier tennis and events location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, verify credentials when needed, respond to calls for assistance, and communicate clearly with staff and guests. Why Join Us: What You'll Do: - Provide customer service to visitors, staff, vendors, and/or guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, courts, concourses, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location and event schedule.
- Help to maintain orderly access by monitoring entrances, checking credentials and/or tickets when assigned, and directing guests to appropriate locations.
- Monitor cameras, alarms, and other systems when assigned, and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with event-related operations such as pedestrian flow support, queue management, and directing vehicles and deliveries to designated areas.
- Complete security-related reports and documentation for incidents, patrol activities, and observations using required systems and formats.
- Assist with lost and found processes, guest inquiries, and coordination with site staff to resolve concerns in a professional manner.
- Support emergency procedures such as evacuations, medical response coordination, and severe weather actions according to post orders and site protocols.
- Maintain a visible presence that helps to deter unwanted behavior while following all Allied Universal standards, licensing requirements, and site rules.
Minimum Requirements: - - Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
- - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
