The Role

The Data Science Innovation Program Coordinatorwill be part of a global team that serves JLL's businesses and clients across regions and business lines. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of professional experience who is excited to work at the intersection of data science, analytics, program implementation, and innovation.

You will support the design, analysis, and delivery of data-driven initiatives that help the business and clients solve real problems, move faster, and make better decisions. This role blends technical analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement, requiring both analytical rigor and strong interpersonal skills.

You will work closely with data scientists, Researchers, product and business partners, and stakeholders globally to move initiatives from idea to execution.

What This Job Involves

  • Apply data science and advanced analytics techniques to solve business and client problems across JLL's global platform

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

  • Support the execution of innovation and analytics projects, helping manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables

  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and clearly communicate results back to non-technical audiences

  • Partner with stakeholders across regions and business lines to understand needs, gather requirements, and move initiatives forward

  • Blend technical work with operational support, ensuring projects are practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals

  • Contribute to the development of data products, dashboards, models, and proof-of-concepts

  • Create compelling visualizations and presentations to tell clear, impactful data stories

  • Support experimentation with new tools, techniques, and technologies, including AI-enabled approaches

  • Collaborate closely with teammates to continuously improve how the team delivers value to the business

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; background in data science, analytics, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field preferred

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in data science, data analysis, analytics, consulting, or a similar role

  • Strong analytical skillset with experience working with data to generate insights and recommendations

  • Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical languages

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)

  • Exposure to project management or coordinating work across multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to balance technical depth with operational execution

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

  • Creative, curious, and quick to learn, with openness to new tools, methods, and ideas

  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in or supporting large, complex organizations

  • Exposure to real estate, financial services, or other data-intensive industries

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, modern data stacks, or AI/ML concepts

  • Interest in innovation, experimentation, and emerging technologies

Estimated compensation for this position:

95,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
