Position Title: Senior Analyst, IT Strategic Sourcing Position Summary The Senior Analyst, IT Strategic Sourcing, serves as a key driver of sourcing excellence at JetBlue, partnering with internal stakeholders and external Business Partners to deliver innovative, value-driven solutions across the business. This role goes beyond traditional cost savings by emphasizing strategic negotiation, Business Partner innovation and creative problem-solving to unlock long-term value. The Senior Analyst is responsible for executing sourcing strategies, conducting robust financial modeling and supporting the development of forward-thinking commercial arrangements that align with JetBlue's JetForward strategy. Reporting to the Manager, IT Strategic Sourcing, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping JetBlue's Business Partner relationships, enabling innovation, and ensuring the airline continues to buy smarter. Essential Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives from end-to-end, including market research, Request for Proposal RFP development, Business Partner negotiations, and contract execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop sourcing strategies that drive innovation, mitigate risk, and maximize value
- Conduct robust financial and scenario modeling to evaluate proposals, assess total cost of ownership, and support innovative sourcing solutions
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Operational teams to ensure alignment across all commercial and contractual aspects of Business Partner agreements
- Monitor Business Partner performance and support continuous improvement efforts through regular reviews and partnership with internal business units and JetBlue Contract Management Lifecycle office
- Identify and champion opportunities for process optimization and cost transformation across categories
- Support the development and execution of multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned with JetBlue's strategic and operational priorities
- Stay current on industry trends, supplier capabilities, and emerging technologies to inform sourcing strategies and Business Partner selections
- Prepare and present clear, data-driven recommendations and business cases to leadership for sourcing decisions
- Foster strong relationships with key Business Partners and internal partners to enable innovation, solve challenges collaboratively, and ensure business continuity
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
- Two (2) years of strategic sourcing, supplier, service management or equivalent experience
- Proficient with MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Proficient with reporting tools and the ability to construct ad Hoc reporting based on-demand requests
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Proficient in financial, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Able to interpret and communicate complex Statements of Work (SOW) as well as Master Service Agreements (MSA), Amendments, and various other contractual documents
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $66,000.00 and $103,100.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, restricted stock units, as well as access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
