Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior-Level Systems Integrator to support and help lead enterprise integration efforts across the National System of Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and U.S. Federal Agencies. In this role, you will work closely with Government and senior technical leaders to ensure the integrity, interoperability, and performance of complex systems-of-systems that enable timely and accurate GEOINT.

This position is ideal for an experienced integrator ready to take on greater technical leadership and mission responsibility in a large-scale, multi-agency environment.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Systems Integrator, you will support and execute enterprise integration activities across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

    Assist in leading and performing systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to support mission-critical GEOINT delivery.

  • Contribute to a total systems perspective, ensuring alignment across services, infrastructure, security, and operational domains.

  • Support planning and execution of integration approaches for cloud, on-prem, and hybrid systems and services.

  • Assist with testing, documentation, implementation, and sustainment of integrated solutions.

  • Support the development of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages.

  • Identify and communicate system dependencies, interfaces, and technical risks.

  • Guide and mentor mid- and junior-level systems integrators, promoting best practices and technical rigor.

  • Collaborate with senior integrators and Government stakeholders to support enterprise integration strategies.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field, or:

    • 4 additional years of relevant experience with no degree, or

    • 2 additional years of relevant experience with a non-STEM degree.

  • 12+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry supporting large, complex System-of-Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments.

  • Experience integrating systems across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures.

  • Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experience.

  • Prior IC and/or DoD program or project experience.

  • TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph.

Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.

  • Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages.

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale GEOINT or Intelligence Community integration efforts.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
