Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Cary, NC Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Client is seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Order Processing Specialist to support accurate and timely order management from entry through fulfillment.
  • In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales teams, cross functional partners, and customers to process orders, allocate products, and provide registration assistance.
  • Manage customer orders and product allocations from entry through fulfillment.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Maintain and update order information within internal systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Process orders using SAP (preferred but not required).
  • Identify and escalate customer issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Foster a positive team environment while supporting excellent customer experience.
  • Proactively engage with customers to educate them on processes and available service offerings.
  • Other duties as needed or assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $ 22.00 /Hr

Hours: 40 hours/week (1st shift)

Length: Contract (7 months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with order processing
  • The ideal candidate excels in Microsoft Excel, brings experience with SAP, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and multitasking abilities are essential, along with the ability to recognize and escalate issues to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Windows applications; advanced Excel skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including prior phone-based customer interaction.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, reliable, and supportive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
