Employment Type: Full-Time FSLA: Salary/Exempt Division: Business Development Department: Business Development Reports to: Director, Business Intelligence Supervisory Duties: No This position will support the Business Development, Business Intelligence and Consigli's Senior Leadership teams. The main function will to be to support in the searching, tracking, reviewing, and reporting of new project and business opportunities. The Business Development Analyst will research projects, companies, key individuals, committees, etc. from various sources, and track potential leads into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, performing analytics and reporting when necessary. As needed, support our client satisfaction program (Raving Fans), and be involved with Company-wide Strategic Initiatives.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Be the Business Development/Business Intelligence main source for research supporting pursuits, Strategic Initiatives, Regional/Market needs, Various other research requests
- Track and manage all Federal and Advanced Technology leads through online sources
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across our CRM system, with the growth potential of report creation and coordination with other systems.
- Participate and own portions of strategic initiatives that vary from office to office, cross-department, etc.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Process and KPI tracking at it relates to department and regional needs.
- The person will support registration of, and, miscellaneous industry networking events, as well as other duties as assigned.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting efficiency, analytical tools, and dashboards across business units.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, BI Analysts, and Data Analytics teams to enhance infrastructure and automate data flows.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required.
- 1-3 years' experience in a Business Development role or similar strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with data management conventions and best practices.
- Experience or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database preferred, specifically Unanet (Cosential).
