| JOB SUMMARY |
- Assist in the administration and coordination of construction project documentation.

| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- High school diploma/GED is required.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative office position is required.
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.

| PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS |
- 1+ year of administrative/project support in construction is preferred.
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience is preferred.
- Strong Excel experience is preferred.

- Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Requires strong organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail
- Knowledge and understanding of general office procedures.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |

- Provide administrative support to project management team and designated staff.
- Data entry of Accounts Payable
- Update the Project Progress Tracking database regularly
- Coordinate the distribution of project documents to both internal and external parties, as necessary or as appropriate per company procedures
- Interface with both internal and external individuals involved in projects, such as project team members, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Maintain ongoing communication related to projects, respond to inquiries, research and provide information as necessary to ensure smooth administration of projects
- Utilize company accounting system to enter invoices and purchase orders
- Perform additional duties as assigned
*Please note: this position is on-site at a construction jobsite near Smithville, MO (this is not a hybrid or remote role).
