Role Overview: Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the success of our top-tier enterprise clients. You will manage and scale relationships for those utilizing our proprietary DSP platform, ensuring they achieve high performance, realize long-term value, and drive platform adoption across their organizations.

As a Strategic Partner and Advisor, you will guide enterprise advertisers and agencies through the complexities of programmatic media. This role demands a deep foundation in AdTech, exceptional client-facing skills, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, overseeing both self-serve and managed-service models to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

  • Onboarding & Enablement: Lead client onboarding and training initiatives, empowering enterprise users to master the DSP platform and integrate new features into their workflows.

  • Strategic Optimization: Partner with clients on campaign architecture, optimization, and performance analysis. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical hurdles and improve client outcomes.

  • Platform Advocacy: Translate complex business goals into actionable platform strategies, providing expert recommendations on inventory types and targeting methodologies.

  • Account Health & Growth: Proactively monitor account health, identify potential churn risks, and uncover growth opportunities to support renewals and platform expansion.

Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations.

  • Industry Expertise: A robust background in AdTech, programmatic advertising, and DSP platforms.

  • Enterprise Portfolio: Proven experience supporting high-level enterprise clients within a SaaS or AdTech ecosystem.

  • Service Versatility: Proficiency in managing both self-serve and managed-service account structures.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate campaign data into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and projects simultaneously.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
