Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team in support of a paper manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
• Disassembly and reassembly of paper machine rolls, including being responsible for the installation of bearings.
• Ability to use mobile cranes, lifts, and hoists.
• Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Must be able to sit, stoop, and bend.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid current driver's license.
• Must have knowledge of disassembly and assembly processes for paper machine rolls
• Must process the knowledge of what maintenance is needed for paper machine rolls
• Must have experience operating assembly equipment to determine required units for the rolls

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Starting salary for position: [$27.00] per hour.
• Bonus: Potential Annual - Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
• Paid Vacation: [2 (80 hours)] weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
