Specifically, we are looking for aTS/SCI cleared Field Service Representative (FSR) - Seniorto support this mission atJoint Base Pearl Harbor/Hickam, Hawaii.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Services Representative - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:

    Plans and leads field service operations for major C2ISR system installations, pre-deployments, deployments, and crew change-outs as member of global mobility/rapid deployment team, as outlined in PRDs and Peraton FSR Framework.
  • Drives the strategic implementation of advanced setup, configuration, operational testing, and comprehensive troubleshooting methodologies for C2ISR systems and components (RF and networking equipment).
  • Functions as a technical expert in optimizing teardown, packing, and shipping processes, including complex Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures.
  • Oversees the provision of on-site training to ensure comprehensive technological knowledge transfer to end-users on C2ISR system operations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Provides expert guidance to FSRs, project managers, and Government personnel on complex field service challenges, system integration issues, and technical support best practices.
  • Evaluates the overall effectiveness of FSR support, identifying trends, and recommending major changes to enhance efficiency, system uptime, and mission impact.
  • Mentors and supervises journeyman and junior FSRs, fostering skill development and ensuring consistency in field service quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Leads collaboration with key technical staff, logistics, and engineering teams to align field service activities with broader C2ISR objectives and PRD requirements.
  • Architects and authors comprehensive Field Maintenance and Support Reports (FMSRs) summarizing deployed FSR activities, completed repairs, and outstanding issues/trends for Government attention.
  • Establishes and enforces adherence to established FSR guidelines, quality standards, and all regulatory requirements as defined in PRDs.
  • Utilizes the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; eMass, Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.
  • Utilizes the following Role Specific Tools: Deployment logistics platforms for rapid global support; SATCOM gateway troubleshooting kits (RGEP/IGEP integration modules, L3 Harris SRVT converters); portable diagnostic tools for ISR platforms and ground stations; ticketing and incident management systems (ServiceNow, Remedy); stakeholder communication dashboards for field issue visibility; SOP/QRC libraries for standardized field support processes; lessons learned repositories for installation and sustainment practices; configuration management databases (CMDB) for deployed assets; variance and utilization analysis tools for field operations; compliance audit checklists for DoD field service standards; predictive analytics engines for failure forecasting and preventive maintenance; mobile collaboration tools for real time coordination with engineering teams.


Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Field Service Representative (FSR) or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience with BS/BA OR 12 years without a degree OR 10 years with AS/AA or 6 years' experience with MS/MA, or 3 years' experience with PhD.
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship is required

Work Environment:

  • Location:Joint Base Pearl Harbor/Hickam, HI
  • On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
  • Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
