Role of the Senior Employee Owner Support Specialist
Under minimal supervision, serves as a subject matter expert across the employee life cycle, providing high-level guidance on complex and sensitive issues. Leverages People expertise and sound judgment to influence decision-making, ensure policy alignment, and drive a consistent, employee-centered experience that reinforces organizational values and compliance standards.
Essential Responsibilities
- Addresses complex inquiries and partners with employee-owners to resolve issues effectively.
- Supports compliance and government reporting by ensuring accurate documentation and execution of processes aligned with relevant policies, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
- Oversees data integrity by performing regular audits and ensuring accuracy across systems and records.
- Contributes to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline service delivery and reduce errors.
- Analyzes recurring issues and proposes solutions to improve support processes.
- Leads special projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and employee engagement.
- Acts as a liaison between employee-owners and People departments to support process improvements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR support or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills such as formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
