Real Estate Associate - Tucson

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly motivated commercial real estate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm's Tucson office. In this practice, the selected applicant will be working with experienced real estate attorneys on a wide range of challenging and complex issues, including real-estate development, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate transactions.
• Capacity for independently managing complex real estate transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials, oral and writing skills and references.
• Candidate must have an active Arizona bar license or be eligible and willing to take the Arizona bar.
• Third year law students will be considered with a start date after taking the summer bar exam.
