As a Procurement Transformation Specialist Co-op, you will sit at the intersection of global supply chain operations and digital innovation. This role is designed for a proactive problem-solver who wants to gain hands-on experience in streamlining multi-national procurement processes and driving "Digital First" initiatives.

You will play a pivotal role in two high-priority workstreams: optimizing data for our China Country of Origin (COO) efforts and supporting processes related to the Easy Buy EMEA implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Country of Origin Data Process Improvement

  • Data Mapping & Analysis: Audit existing data flows within the China procurement region to identify bottlenecks, manual touchpoints, and data integrity gaps.

  • Workflow Automation: Collaborate with IT and regional leads to design and implement automated reporting templates, reducing the time spent on manual data consolidation.

  • Performance Metrics: Assist in developing real-time dashboards that track regional procurement KPIs, providing the China COO office with actionable insights.

2. Easy Buy Supplier Enablement

  • Digital Onboarding: Act as a support contact for suppliers transitioning to the "Easy Buy" digital procurement platform.

  • User Experience (UX) Support: Create instructional guides and conduct brief "walk-through" sessions to ensure suppliers successfully register and manage their catalogs.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the Category Management team to ensure supplier contact information is complete during the enablement process.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, International Business, or a related field.

  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analysis (pivot tables, formulas)

  • Global Literacy: Strong cultural competency and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different time zones

  • Problem-Solving: A "process-improvement" mindset-you don't just follow the manual; you look for ways to rewrite it for the better.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.

What You Will Gain

  • Global Exposure: Experience working on projects that impact multiple regions across the globe

  • Change Management Skills: Learn how to manage the "human element" of digital transformation by supporting suppliers through technological shifts.

  • Mentorship: Direct access to senior procurement leaders and transformation experts.

Basic Requirements
  • High School Diploma is required

  • Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of May 2026 or later

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
