This role is central to maintaining workforce stability and engagement, ensuring compliance, and fostering a productive environment. You will be the go-to HR expert, providing essential guidance and support that directly contributes to the smooth functioning and continued growth of operations. **What You'll Do:** Your work will be pivotal in fostering a positive and compliant workplace. You will: Lead Employee Relations:Serve as the primary HR contact for operations-assigned drivers and employees, managing all employee relations matters including attendance, performance management, corrective actions, workplace conduct investigations, and conflict resolution.
